🏥 Medical Emergency Services
EMS Assist provides connection to event medical services operated by EMS Event Medical (NSW). In the event of a life-threatening emergency, the system will automatically escalate to Triple Zero (000) where appropriate.
🔒 Privacy & Data Collection
Information collected is for medical use only and is protected under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant state and territory legislation. Your data will never be shared with third parties except as required by law or for your emergency care.
📍 Location & Camera Access
This app requires access to your device location (for emergency dispatch precision using What3Words) and camera (for photo identification). Location is only transmitted when you request assistance.
⚠️ App Limitations
EMS Assist is designed to supplement — not replace — professional emergency services. Outside event geofence boundaries, the ASSIST function will redirect to Triple Zero (000).
